Starlab Planetarium and Component Costs.

As specifications, terms and prices are subject to change without prior notice, customers are advised to confirm costs by requesting a quotation.

Quotations.

Quotations for goods as supplied by Starlab UK are inclusive of all charges including delivery to UK mainland addresses. Quotations will be honoured for a period of thirty calendar days. Thereafter it may be necessary to re-quote due to fluctuations beyond the control of Starlab UK.

Starlab Planetarium Systems and Component Orders.

Orders from institutions and similar organizations will be processed upon receipt of an official order by either fax or letter. Starlab UK will then confirm receipt of the order. The invoice will then be dispatched with the goods and full payment is then required 30 calendar days thereafter. Orders from private individuals are also processed upon receipt of an order in either fax or letter. An invoice will then be dispatched to the purchaser and payment in full is required prior to delivery.

Project Star and SunSpotter Orders.

Orders from institutions and similar organizations will be processed upon receipt of an official order by either fax or letter. Starlab UK will then confirm receipt of the order. The invoice will then be dispatched with the goods and full payment is then required 30 calendar days thereafter. Orders from private individuals are also processed upon receipt of an order in either fax or letter. An invoice will be dispatched to the purchaser and full payment is required prior to delivery.


Delivery Times.

If Project Star goods are in stock, dispatch is within seven working days. If goods have to be ordered from the United States, we will inform the customer of likely delivery times.
